Your purchases will be delivered by SKYNET within the following time frame:
DELIVERY TIME
*Your order will be shipped out in 3 working days after payment made. Additional 3 business days required for Offline Bank Transfer. Order will be shipped during working days and hours on Monday to Friday except Malaysia Puclic Holidays.
* During peak periods, there would be some delay in shipping. Delays in delivery may occurs due to unforeseen circumstances such as inaccurate delivery address, customers not available during delivery period, payment related issues and etc.
RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
* We will attempt all products carefully before delivery. We attempt to be as accurate as possible with the information we provide. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are 100% accurate, complete, reliable or error free. If a product offered is regarded as "Significantly Not as Described", your sole remedy is to return it in UNUSED condition with its original packing.
*Please note that we have a NO REFUND POLICY, We only provide return and replacement policies for customers with certain conditions as below:
The conditions for returns and replacements due to items being "Significantly Not As Described " are as following:
1. Received a completely different item. For example, you purchased a Paring Knife but received Cleaver Knife instead.
2. Item was damaged during shipment. You are required to report this to us immediately within 3 days after receipt of goods. All deliveries are signed and dated on the consignment note provided by the carrier and will be used as proof of date receipt of goods. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt within the stipulated 3 days, whether by yourself or someone on your behalf. Failure to do so may disqualify you from the claim. We will file for claim with the carrier company and once it is clarified and approved, we will arrange for a replacement to you as soon as possible, usually within 7-21 working days.
3. Quantity purchased is different from quantity received. For example, you purchased 3 items but only received 2. If it is due to our error in packing the goods, once rectified, we will send a replacement of the outstanding goods.
4. Warranty against manufacturing defects only.
HOW CAN I RETURN/ WARRANTY MY PURCHASE

We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 3 working days for your inquiry to be processed. To make the process run smoothly and faster, do email your inquiry with picture of your items matter & conditions.
It will take minimum of 7 working days from the date we receive your return parcel to you.
POSTAGE CHARGES FOR RETURN OR WARRANTY POLICY
Customer would have to bear for the postage fees shipped back to us during the process. Please allow estimated 21 working days for this process to be complete.
